Training
Most of the organizations prefer on site training for their employees. PI offers training programs on site at your locations. Currently the trainings are conducted worldwide. We request you to identify potential Lean leaders and associates and give them extensive training. Training is given in the following areas.

Implementation
Lean implementation involves commitment and involvement. The financial results are amazing. We are not consultants but people who can coach, guide and be part of your team during the implementation. We visit the client site for 2/3 days and do the initial assessment and identify areas of improvement opportunities.

As part of the implementation strategy we request the client to identify the Lean leaders and lean associates and give them extensive training. These trained Lean leaders /associates are certified and projects are allocated to them with a clear plan of action with targeted date for completion. We will follow up with each of the LL/LA and make sure the results are achieved in the shortest possible time. The process followed in identifying and eliminating waste in all activities is as follows-

  • Process analysis, value stream mapping and continuous improvement
  • Identify and prioritize critical steps and variables
  • Identify causes for long lead-times and poor delivery and improvement process
  • Calculate Economical batch qty and run lengths that will Reduce WIP and FINISHED GOODS inventory Meet customer demand with lowest cost
  • Calculate process capacity and determine constraints
  • Calculate impacts of re-work, scrap, down time
  • Determine the optimum requirement of labor and equipment
  • Establish optimum batch runs and reduce time to customer
  • Productivity improvements
 

Eliminate all wastes in supply chain

  • Vendor selection, vendor rating and management
